How does hypnotherapy help?
A fear or phobia of flying is an associated link in your subconscious mind, what this means is that when your mind is stimulated in one situation it has learnt to feel a certain way.
This is very good when it triggers feelings that we like and help us carry on with our daily lives. However if being in a certain situation triggers an associated link like fear then we will find it very difficult to carry out the thing we need to do.
Because through hypnosis we enter directly into the subconscious mind we can alter this link and either diminish its strength or get rid of it all together.
A fear of flying is quite common, many people feel nervous when they get on a plane and there are many different reasons for them feeling that way and there are many different levels of anxiety.
The first thing I need to understand is when & why you become frightened. Some people become frightened just at the thought of going on a plane some only become frightened once they are on the plane.
